About Me.

Becky is a mental performance coach, endurance athlete and avid distance racer, and a the founder of The Tenacity Hub - a space built for athletes who are ready to push past limits and perform at a higher level, both physically and mentally.

With a background in long-distance running, CrossFit, and coaching youth track and cross country, Becky understands firsthand that success in sport isn't just about training harder - it's about thinking differently.  She is a certified Mental Performance Mastery Coach trained through the program developed by leading sports psychologist Brian Cain.  She specializes in helping athletes build resilience, strengthen their mindset, and stay locked in when things get uncomfortable.

Becky is deeply driven by the race experience itself - the moment when doubt creeps in, and athletes are faced with a choice to quit or rise.  She's passionate about helping people move through fear, break mental barriers, and chase goals they once thought were out of reach.  

When she's not coaching or training, Becky is spending time with her husband, son, and their two dogs,, or seeking out her next adventure - often somewhere new, and usually with a challenge involved.  

Her faith and belief in serving others are at the core of everything she does.
